hi..just called 020 7706 5000, which is Deloitte - the administrators. was told by the guy there that there are a few interested parties maybe buying woolies and to phone back tomorrow after 4 to find out whether the orders are going to be honoured or refunds given. if you have an order with woolies that hasnt arrived you have to call that number tomorrow and they will give you the info.0

Well finally got a refund after phoning them again,even tho i got a despatch email they said it wasnt even sent out.0

i went into my local woolworths after work today and spoke to the manager (who was a lovely lady) basically they have a memo from head office they receved today saying that anyone with online orders would be refunded and gave me a helpline to call which is 0844117112
although im not sure if thats any different to what ive been caling alreadyIs it a bird?....... Is it a plane?............... No, it's the Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmodus!0 -
Looks like we are not going to get our orders, Just received the following e-mail from deloitte's the Woolworths Administrators;
At the date of the appointment of Joint Administrators, you had an order placed either via the internet, by telephone or in-store which had not been fulfilled.
Having reviewed the possibility of fulfilling your order it has been concluded that Woolworths is unable to do so. We will therefore issue a refund and cancel the order.
Online/Telephone Orders
We will arrange for those customers who have paid for their order online or by telephone, to have the refund made directly to the card used for payment. This should take up to 5 working days. There is no further action that you need to take in this regard.
In-Store Orders
For those customers who have paid for their purchases in-store, please attend a Woolworths store, from the morning of Friday 5 December 2008 to receive a refund (or, if you prefer, a replacement product, to the value of your original order).
This also applies to those customers who have previously cancelled a paid order and not yet received a refund.
Customers visiting stores for refunds should take their Order Receipt and Order Confirmation Note with them. The store staff will need to verify that you are due a refund.
Should you receive any queries regarding customer refunds, please direct them to the customer support team on 0844 811 7111.
We appreciate that this issue has caused difficulty for your inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Was in the same position,i rang today and was told my order hadnt been sent out even tho i had a despatch email saying it had last wednesday and that i would get a full refund.0 -
