Unfortunately the way they market their price its always been inclusive of VAT, so they wouldn't be breaking any laws by still charging you the same price overall, as long as they show the VAT breakdown as being 15%.

Virgin Media .........A few months ago we downgraded to free view to save some money. I called them up and asked if I could upgrade for the xmas period (to large)which is normally £11.00 per month. Cheekily I asked if they had any offers at the moment. Well got it for £2 a month for the next 12 months. RESULT:j Worth asking if your not happy with Sky;)
Shame there putting a price hike on their Credit Card  Maybe that's why they can now afford to do this and still make loads of money:rolleyes:

I think you'll find that they aren't really increasing their prices tomorrow. I think what the OP is trying to say is that they are keeping their prices the same, but paying less VAT to the government. OP's mathematical ability is probably too limited for them to realise that it doesn't actually equal a 2.5% price increase.
Thanks to all who post constructively.

Just to add we do have BB and land line phone with them, so you may not get such a great deal by just asking for the TV package.
