zaza it would be lovely if you could come and join us - if you have been lurking you know what it is all about and how it works? depending on how long you have been lurking you may have seen that the support, friendship, encouragement, madness, chattiness, etc etc are fantastic and we do some housework too!!!!! I promise we wont bite and you were so thoughtful at posting about the family tree website we would love to hear more from you and I am sure you will cope with us just fine!!

Hi Toots what about a 'talking book' for the lady, audio books on CD were a godsend for my Mum when she lost her sight, plenty of choice & easy to post...just a thought xx

Thank s lady liberty - yes its a great idea but a no go I'm afraid - she cant manage cd player or cassette player - the blind association had givem her a player and she couldnt see or understand how to work it!

Spent ages trying to get online and wanted to do a M&S order online as they didnt have the size of jumper I neede for my nephew in the store. I got on and did the order and addedin a couple of extra presents then it wouldnt take a delivery address - what a carry on - in the end I phoned and the young lady I spoke to couldnt have been nicer - trouble was I lost my internet connection when I was waiting and so I couldnt tell her the item numbers but she looked them all up for me! and I got my free delivery and 20% discount so well pleased.
Only problem is - when i got back on line and checked the email order its not the right jumper!!!!!!!!! So i went back in myself and managed to re-order the right one and treated myself to a new bra & patterned tights.

so, question - when the telephone order comes can I get a refund for the jumper in the store or do I have to send it back?

as you have guessed I havent checked the website for this info - I am scared I might be tempted to order something else!!!
