durr - starters are
Tomato & Basil Soup (Safe)
Melon (I like melon but a bit predictable and we are talking a £30 spend here)
Mushroom Leek and Herb Crumble (filling?)
Hot-smoked salmon (it's the hyphen that's worrying me with this one)
Mains are -
Forget it - thinking like this I will have Turkey... not a beef fan - but I like my steak really rare... not having cod because it's overfished and not having the veggie option (£30!)
So nearly there
ETA Not melon - can have that anytime - not soup - same reason...
ETA and smoked salmon's not that great...
CRUMBLE!
Thanks for all your help :rotfl:Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Michelle, thinking of you and the poor chaps family, lots of hugs tomorrow sounds like an ideal day, if you get stuck for childcare pop them on the train I'll pick them up at the station
Holly hope it's sorted soon
Valli I'd go for the crumble probably, sounds nice, I can tolerate salmon but especially smoked comes back to haunt me all day.
Laid in bed, can't sleep, updated Christmas list, wondering how much else I can get online......want to keep shop shopping to a minimum as I hate it, I need chocolates, wonder if there is some decent codes/offers around....maybe I should put some cocoa butter cream on my toe (dry skin on little toe for months and it's driving me potty! Might get some steroid cream on it tomorrow) then see if I can get to sleep. One day I might be more organised...........
