so, question - when the telephone order comes can I get a refund for the jumper in the store or do I have to send it back?

Just guessing, but I would imagine you could take it back to your local store. If items are bought from one store they can be taken back to any other store so I don't suppose telephone orders would be any different.

Orkneystar and flower hope you feel better soon
Wow Rach, I'd love one of those but justifying it with how little I use the food processor I have is another matter :o I'm too lazy to clean all the bits I think Paypal click 'my account' then 'withdraw', then 'transfer to bank account' been a while since I sold anything. I tend to just use anything in there for spending, ebay or Boots usually :o
Michelle, you're more than welcome, it's never easy when you have lost one friend or many, I always say it's a time to count your blessings and reflect rather than regret.
ashia I put a thanks you for the cards, and the extra, which you shouldn't have but was very appreciated :D No problem with the diary, whenever you're ready
g&b that is not one I have used but for most programmes/courses there is a forum, have you tried googling it see if anything comes up?

Got my first load of vomitty bed stuff in, DS2 still off as not been well through the night. DS1s gone, taxi driver decided to brave it. Decided to cook chocolate brownies, don't know just fancied them, never usually bake this early. Did some of my other Macaw last night and deleted 150 emails :D still a few thousand to go.... DS2 asking for breakfast, bit cautious about feeding him to be honest but suppose if it comes back it comes back. Ah, brownies will be done now, best go get those out.
One day I might be more organised...........
