Lets leave the "f" word out of this for the moment until we know that's the only option! No guarantee that there are backups available, and that itsbeef has the available software to get himself working for tomorrow morning!
As the guys have said disable Prevx for the timebeing it's an overhead you don't need.
There's enough of us online at the moment to talk itsbeef through the process to kill the trojan.
Itsbeef - can you confirm whether the process is system.exe. That's really important to help us get the manual clean up methods.0 -

Is the laptop running slowly at the moment?

Ok, maybe it was a typo, and was never there? System and system idle are ok.., not system.exe

Microsoft Technet reports a known problem with iexplore grabbing available CPU. Might be worth trying the following steps out (as lifted from Technet):-
CAUSE
This behavior can occur on some computers if the Use smooth scrolling option is enabled in Internet Options.
Note By default, the Use smooth scrolling option is enabled in Internet Explorer.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, disable the Use smooth scrolling option in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
2. Click to clear the Use smooth scrolling check box.0 -
Did it clean it?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0
