did you apply any other patches recommended my Microsoft. SP2 is good but there are additional hotfixes on top of Sp2 that you need as well.0

OK, run windows update now, install everything it suggests, if it fails, set your clock to 00:58, and set your autoupdate time in control panel, security center to 1am
When finished, reboot, do another virus scan.
