uugh bunny hope you and your family are feeling better soon. i'm off long term sick and most days i don't leave the house but i'm quite enjoying putting on my hat, scarf and gloves and going round the block. just being out for 5/10mins seems to make a difference - less cabin fever. and since i cancelled the gym membership it's my only exercise! if you have any of those dissolvable vitamin c tablets they always make me feel better when i have flu. and putting lipbalm on noses helps with chapped skin! doesn't help when you feel better and your nose starts peeling!

Yes, they're not being sick anymore-just not eating. Or drinking really either!
Im going to call NHS direct I think. Everyone keeps telling me to call the Dr but to be honest, there is really not a lot they can do is there?

Fluids, rest, paracetemol/ibuprofen every alternate 2 hours, anything else?

If they can't keep water down Bun, then get them to try sucking ice cubes, it's what NHS Direct always suggest to me.
