Good Morning Good Morning.....Been up since 5am  and although I was supposed to run 14 miles this morning I came in a shade under that but did my 13 miles in 2:15 which for me is good. The last half marathon I did in September (which was nearly all flat) was 2:36 so massive improvement!
Right now I have to chivvy the other 2 lazy bods in the house out of bed, into the car and up the motorway to the big smoke. I hope Winter Wonderland is worth the effort!
Have a good day everyone and I will report in laterI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Well done Sally, I've been up for ages not sure why but certainly not to go running! actually it's really icy outside so probably not a good idea.

Morning all,
Someone pass the matchsticks to hold my eyes open please? DS and DD coughed all night long, bless them, we were administering all sorts down their necks to no avail. I have pulled all my muscles from coughing and hurt all over-this truly sucks. Can anyone recommend a good cough syrup for the kids? I don't think at this rate I will be back at work tomorrow. That looks good for a new job eh? Bloody germs.
I need to get to a chemist today but dont want to leave the house....help.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
