I personally would have no problem with this. As long as the packaging is appropriate and strong enough for the items I have no problems.
I once received a Laptop in a big ripped Jiffy bag! Posted Parcel Post. Suprisingly it arrived with no damage (more luck than judgement)0 -
generally when im selling anything on ebay i *borrow* jiffy bags from work for most stuff0

I tend to use a newish looking tesco carrier to inside wrap anything that might get damaged by water and then use new packaging, either brown paper and tape or a new *paid for* jiffy bag.

This is of course as long as my buyer actually pays as I accepted their best offer on sat, and sent an invoice but have heard nothing yet even though I added a message to the invoice asking that they email me if they were sending payment instead of using paypal!
I'd be fine with that too.0 -
I received a hair dryer set with a label stuck on the front of the box, I wouldn't have minded if it were for me but it was a gift for my DD and she took it from the postman :rolleyes:0

I find you need to be careful with black bags as some of them tend to have a very strong smell which lingers on the item.0

I have just started sending non breakable things like cds, dvd etc in strong brown paper and no one seems to have complained. Breakable fragile things i will send in a re used box, eg a shoe box with re used bubble wrap and brown paper.

i used to put wrapped kiddie sweets (love hearts, parma violets, that type of thing) when i sent out packages. But i stopped doing that when i realised someone may sue me for whatever reason, choked, allergic reaction etc.
I thought i was doing something nice and perhaps giving my buyer a smile when they opened the package, but i'm sure some TSFE would try and use this against me somehow!0
