has anyone had any luck with getting their vouchers replaced/refunded? i bought a lot of vouchers last year for a friends wedding and upon trying to use them towards their new kitchen, they;ve been told they are no longer valid. i too bough these throgh globoforce and am waiting for a supervisor to call me back (dont think thats going to happen somehow). surely globoforce are now listed as a creditor against Flogistics so therefore, their customers should be refunded.

I'm going to push for a replacement and to see if our company can stop using globoforce altogether as surely they had a responsibility to contact all of their corporate accounts when they knew there was a problem with the vouchers they had issued.

Fuming!!!!
• Like many others I appear to have been a victim of this sorry event. Having saved up my SHell drivers club points for years I eventually traded them in for £500 worth of Kingfisher vouchers with a view to purchasing a new TV. Like many others it appears I am now sitting with £500 of worthless vouchers - Having read every forum etc, , etc I reckon contacting woolworthenquiries@deloitte.co.uk will be a waste of time as the vouchers were issued by Shell - Contacting shell is a waste of time as they claim quite correctly it isn't their fault. Have heard about the FLOGISTICS group but has anyone had any success with this? or is it indeed another waste of time - Anybody else got any positive reaction from anyone or should I just give up and forget the whole thing? Any assistance would be.eb gratefully received
• the best voucher to use is CASH- acceptable everywhere, no time limits (barring a redesign/withdrawal by the BoE!), and always welcome!

I emailed Deloitte and they have told me the following:

Thank you for your e-mail. The vouchers you hold were originally issued by a company named Flogistics Limited, not by Woolworths. The Administrators do not manage the affairs of Flogistics Limited.

We understand that Flogistics Limited was placed into liquidation in March 2009. I would suggest you write to the Liquidators for further information at the address below:

Kind regards

I'll probably give it a go, but I don't hold out much hope.
