Can I help? - AA and Saga
Unfortunately, according to Martin, the AA rate has dropped to 4.53%. They just haven't bothered to update their website yet (obviously trying to lure a few more in).
I have a ledger (well, actually a notebook!) where I write down all my savings accounts and interest rates. The amount of crossings out in the last few weeks ...
ING Direct [STRIKE]6.41%[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]4.41%[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]4.25%[/STRIKE] 2.75%
AA Internet Saver [STRIKE]6.46%[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]6.28%[/STRIKE] 4.53%
It's all a bit grim really.0 -
Rest assured I have now studied her pictures in great detail and wondered if somebody could explain why 1/3 are her playing golf, 1/3 are her being a caddy and a third are her down the beach ?;)0

 I think it's awful that neither has moneyfacts.co.uk updated its rate for AA !0 -

......would be interesting to do a straw poll to get a ratio of how many are helped or hindered by the rate cuts. My tracker BTL mortgage more than makes up for savings losses due to rate cuts, so I'm a happy bunny.
Slow stoozing is now virtually pointless though, after years of enjoyment.0 -
