I have just £1000 wit h them, deposited before the Icesave scandal. I was going to increase it but thought better because of poor customer service ie. Indian call centre.. where else!!
There are certain times during the day when you can get the message "record not found" when attempting to access your account, or sometimes the balance shows £0. then the following day, all appears normal again. Hardly inspires confidence but they are fully within the FSA so who knows?

ok guys, I need some assistance....I have to write my incoming speeach as I am Lady Captain at my club next year...not being your typical "twin set and pearls" type as you can tell by my posts and sense if humour...(god knows why they asked me but they will wonder whats hit them!) and will be the yougest they have ever had...............anyway want it to be like nothing they have ever heard so any quips, quotes or witty references would be most helpful!! ICICI: I took my money out of them because of a lack of confidence... I put it in Icesave lol.

I had all of the problems mentioned by casabiosca. Natwest are doing a decent variable rate at the moment - 6.00% I think?
