I called it "filtching" you called it a "grabbit"
The idea of a grabbit is that you buy something at a bargain price whilst its on offer or due to a pricing error etc.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't as you no doubt know.
In this case for waptext it didn't work.
The product ordered was a charity donation which receives a token of the donation like when you make a donation to the British Legion you get a poppy. What would you do if you dropped 20p in the collection box and didn't get a poppy, are you going to grab it off him and shake the tin to get your 20p back ????
    I suppose you would !

this is a grabbit while you can board isn't it.. you used the word filtching to try and imply that waptext was either trying to be greedy or steal something.. filtch it while you can , its not called that dear-

-fyi... my grandad spent 2 years in a concentration camp so no, i wouldn't donate 20p to british legion, i donate a lot more than that

Waptext paid for the snowflakes (£1.76)...not the gloves - they were FREE.
Its hardly goods not as described is it :rotfl:I am sure DP would refund the (whole) £1.76 for the snowflakes and apologise profusly for the fact loads of people ordered and cleared out the free gloves in the space of time it took them to type some details in :rotfl:without having to involve Paypal:rotfl:

The gloves were flying out so fast (because of us lot) that by the time waptext had reached checkout, they (DP) had run out of the freebie gloves....so they fulfilled the order (or so it would seem) of the £2.00 snowflakes that were added to the basket, but not the freebie (because they had run out) they then deducted the 2.5% tax they had promised to do and allowed the code for free delivery - order total £1.76.....but waptext wants to file a Paypal dispute because the gloves 'vanished' from their basket.

If you go to 'my account' on DP website, the order history will show a photo of the items you have ordered, if the gloves went through then a pic of them will show with the value as 0.00 ;)
