    hmm i got the gloves with the cancer research badge i ordered cost £0.90 with codes

    gloves were size s/m (dunno if that makes a difference)?

    Don't think so, as I ordered that size as well. I think it was just the luck of the draw as to who got them and who didn't.
  • I received a dispatch email with a tracking code but when I check it says not received by courier even though it says both items were dispatched and I have been billed. That was over a week ago??? has this happened to anyone else?

    Had ours del within a few days but my mothers only arrived this morning after being misrouted to wrong depot and not updated on the tracking since the 3rd.
    So fingers crossed yours will arrive soon !

    Hello,

    Sorry to drag up an old thread, but just thought i would share my expeirence. I ordered the gloves and like most people my order got cancelled. I emailed to ask why my order got cancelled when i know people who ordered the item after me got theirs. I got a generic email saying the items are out of stock and they dont plan to get any more in stock. I emailed again to say that i was being lied to because they have the items in stock. Guess what? I got the same response. By now i didnt really care about the gloves, but was pretty angry that i was being lied to. I phoned up customers services just to try and work out what happened and the guy apologised, said he didnt know what happened and will send out my order today. I got the gloves but i had been charged full price for them. I emailed DP a couple of times but never got a reply. So i decided to give customer services another call. The girl i spoke to was very polite, apologised, and said she would request a refund. A couple of weeks later i recieved my refund :)

    So everything worked out fine in the end. But it was a lot of hassle. Had i known it would have been so much trouble i dont think i would have bothered. If they emailed me with an honest answer in the first place- i.e. there was a mistake and their system was randomly deleting orders or something then i would have left it at that. I was just angry they were treating me like an idiot. Anyway, rant over. Just thought i would share what i had experienced incase some of you recieved the gloves but have been charged.

    I thought thought the CS over the phone was good, but the responses from the emails was appaling. (I had recieved other emails from them saying they will look into the matter and get back to me as soon as poss and then i never heard back from them). I wrote a letter to the head office with copies of all the emails so they could see exactly what had happened. I said i expect a response by the 12th Jan- needless to say i never recieved a reply. Im not that bothered anymore because i got my money back, but i will never order from DP again!

    Anyway, rant (really is) over now!
