    I have 2 orders despatched with tracking numbers both with gloves.

    I was the Op - so placed order when I put up thread and placed another order for my friend on 1st Dec.

    I am hoping you all get your gloves.

    has anyone managed to get the gloves yet,got an email from dp didnt mention about the gloves,only about delivering my pin:confused:

    oops just checked above i see some of u have got the gloves(was on adifferent thread when i posted)but my query is that ordered fine everything went through gloves,pin& delivery and when dp wrote back no mention of out of stock gloves or even a mention of the gloves!!!!!!!!

    So i emailed DP to ask why some people's orders are getting cancelled, and i got a generic email so far:

    Got an email today....

    It is not possible to stop or change your order once you have placed it. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    The glove promotion in question was unfortunatley subject to availablity and they are now out of stock.

    If you change your mind after you have ordered, either refuse the delivery when it arrives or return the items to us using the Freepost returns label enclosed with your parcel. Once we have received the goods back, we will process your refund.
