£15 leather gloves for £1 Dorothy Perkins - code glitch

Just received my delivery but guess what- no gloves:( - only the snowflake decorations. Just says on the delivery note next to the gloves: 'no stock'.

Oh well.

I ordered a cardigan and the gloves.just recieved my parcel and no gloves.
They have also charged me for delivery although the depatch note states free delivery.They have also sent the wrong size cardigan in a size 18 when I actually ordered 8.

I have recieved my decoration but no gloves.
it says on the delivery note "no stock" but if you log in to the site, the gloves are now in stock.
i am currently on the phone to them - waiting in a q of angry gloveless people probably! lol
i will let u know how i get on! lol

oh no ... my mum has ordered hers and it was due today ; she is at work at mo so don't know if she has her gloves or not ... she will be upset if she has not got them fingers crossed

Can ask what size gloves you ordered my mum ordered the s/m ones

I just received my parcel-snowflake tree decorations and my free leather gloves. I ordered the s/m so they are too small for my hands(I do have large hands!) but my daughter is delighted with them.:j

YAY my mum got her gloves too today she loves em. Hoe you all get your gloves too

I'm like you Dicatflip! I ordered the S/M and am furious to see that they are in stock on the website yet the delivery note said 'no stock'!:mad: Have just tried to phone but customer services are closed.

How did you get on with your phone call?

After waiting for them for 13 minutes on hold, I hung up. There is no other number than the 0844 number, so it's a swiz. I have emailed them and you just get an automated response. waste of time.

where was the free gloves promotion originally advertised? anyone know???

I received the snowflakes but no gloves. This is the response I got from customer services:

Thank you for your email received 4 December 2008.
Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. As you received a 20% discount, you were not eligible for the free gloves.

I've now requested to pay the 20% discount I got from the snowflakes, in order to receive the gloves as when I ordered, it stated that the gloves were in stock and were part of my order. Sure I won't get anywhere but we'll see.

I also got the snowflakes and no gloves, and I finally got through to customer services to ask if they would now send the gloves as they were now showing as in stock on the website. They didn't want to know- saying that the code I used was no longer valid, and only related to the actual order I had already made, and at that time there was no stock.
