I received confirmation email last week with gloves on it stating will be dispatched shortly but then had an email stating out of stock??

Does this mean I will not get??

I'm not a regular customer either but I did do a separate order for a dress at the same time (trying to add on the gloves, which didn't go through) so I wonder if that made a difference??

Arghhh, have now tried 3 different payment cards, and it freezes every time! How frustrating .... can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Sorry to be a pain in the butt, but my hands were so cold this morning, I could do with some gloves!!!
