I am confused with this one(having a blonde day)... ok even though the gloves are out of stock I am putting in the code for the free gloves and it is still saying your free gift -leather gloves. Help?? What am I not seeing here?

Yeah I did that also last time; tried twice to get the gloves .. I ordered it and you wont get the gloves .. in your confirmation you will only get the other item

i emailed them asking what happened to the gloves in my basket , i asked them for a refund , i could file a paypal claim if those silly woodland snowflakes arrive without the gloves ,
  • I received my gloves in the post this morning! A nice Christmas present for my mum. I was probably one of the first on here to order though.

    Thanks again OP

So let me get this right.
You made a donation of £2 to a worthwhile charity so you could filtch a pair of leather gloves worth £15.
You were only charged £1.76 for a £2 donation.
And now because others have beaten you to it and theres no free gloves you want to file a Paypal Claim

    Shame on you !!!!!
It's not just about the money

I placed an order for the gloves with some socks on the 28th November and got the confirmation email but they're still showing in my account as "new order". No dispatch email or cancellation email, do you think they've forgot about me! :p
