That happened to me last time ; I emailed them about it and they said I had not ordered gloves
But I tried again this morning about 10:45am and have gloves on confirmation so hopefully will get it this time :j

good for u, i tried last time too, this time it went thru so I can't get a refund, so I've got a £3 pair of knickers I don't really need now lol! there is no way i'm trying again, far too much trouble than its worth

OK just got the confirmation email and no gloves mentioned, might try contacting them!

i had the gloves in my basket but somewhere between paypal and back to dorothy perkins they disappeared i then closed the page i never pressed continue then i got a email confirmation £1.76 woodland snowflake , no mention of gloves , but never mind i got 3 free bottles of wine in the post from naked wine , so it ain't that bad a day ,

BooHoo...got the gloves in the shopping bag but site froze on me...when i got back in...I got the sold out message !!!

I tried it with red gloves and snowflakes, it accepted all the codes, said free gloves, free delivery and 10% off but the price total wasn't reflecting that. I didn't want to give my credit card details so I just logged out.

I am confused with this one(having a blonde day)... ok even though the gloves are out of stock I am putting in the code for the free gloves and it is still saying your free gift -leather gloves. Help?? What am I not seeing here?

if you completed your order like this you would not get the gloves.

Although it says 'your free gift' you have to actually see the gloves in your basket with a reduction showing them as £0.00 for this to work.

If you don't actually have them in your basket showing a price of £0.00 don't try it as you will be charged for the other item you are buying and would not get the free gloves.
