My bosses', bosses' boss was meant to be taking me to a Heads of Profession meeting today but he is sick and has asked me to go on his behalf. What with the social phobia I am not happy

Actually I spent three hours clenched up with panic, but thanks for askingHow did the meeting go?
I suppose in the grand scheme of things it wasn't too horrendous as I didn't have to speak much. But I was petrified throughout and felt like I was in a nightmare where I'd ended up in a board meeting where I had to make the big pitch to seal the Johnson account and suddenly everyone was nakedThankfully the last part didn't happen..
