Meh - I've been better, I've been worse.

The day flew in (which was nice), although I didn't have a whole lot to do. Not so bad, I suppose, as it gave me a chance to listen to my little brother's radio show (he does a punk show on a student radio station back home in Glasgow).

Just a bit tired I suppose.

    Is dd feeling better?

DD is loads better thanks. She is on quite heavy dose medication at the moment and seems to be doing the trick. She is currently running round the lounge with the dog. Wouldn't think this time yesterday she was in a hospital bed

Kids are great like that - falling to pieces one minute and giggling away the next :) Would quite like one myself, although I don't know how people manage to not worry about them all the time?

I love Flexi time - ducking out early every Friday is so fair enough compensation for starting at 8am most days :)

Hope everyone is having a good day? I'm just keeping busy with Dooyoo (and more Ciao now that I've figured out how to add photos and suggestions). Feel free to keep me up to date with any new reviews you guys commit to 'paper' and I'll come take a look.

Will be trying the homemade booze laden egg nog style drink we brought back from Bavaria tonight - wish me luck!
  • Hi Ed :) recovered from your holiday yet?

Hmmmm that stuff sounds scary, good luck indeed lol. Please come on here and post after trying it so that we know you're still alive :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Alive - but only just!

It was more like brandy butter (not sure if I was meant to refrigerate it) and I ended up drinking a wine glass with 1/4 egg nog thing, 3/4 milk. Powerful stuff :D
  • lol sounds a bit

It's certainly a good source of a little spare cash and vouchers. It's not quite the money spinner certain people would have you believe, however, and realistic earnings unless you take it too far are about £5/week.
