Where is 60370? Is it South Yorkshire?
    60370 is Brighton/Hove/Worthing area.

I also got my letter today; successful. Let's see how long it takes them to do my checks.

Hi all, got my letter today also successful and they are doing checks. You think they would do the checks before they send out the letters.

I for one am glad i got my success letter before my checks, because judging by how long my checks are taking, i would of been living for the last month in complete suspense and torturous misery, wondering if i had got it or not!! :rotfl:

  • Hey thanks for this, sounds a bit more optimistic than a waiting list letter thank god as i too soooooooooooooo need a job, I phoned up the dwp today regarding the letter and they said that they are doing pre- recruitment checks which could take about a month, so will keep you posted and you keep me posted thanks and good luck, you never know we may end up working together :)
  • Haha it would be funny if people on here ended up working together...'Hey, yeah I'm Venus!!! The really neurotic one off the MSE forums. Remember?!'

What area in the UK are you applying for dmwrightuk?

I don't think you'll need to introduce yourself - you'll be the one on the first morning of training asking everybody if they think you are dressed appropriately and how long the tea break will be and is it alright to go to the toilet etc.

Everyone will say "ah - she's Venus!" :D

Haha, i'm not THAT bad in person...i hide it well!!! Well i do ask a lot of questions...but it's better to ask and know than suffer in silence!!! Thats my motto anyway!!! :p

Heh. My partner and I both applied for 60369 (AO) and 60370 (EO) and interviewed back in mid July. She got a success letter for 60369 dated just 2 days after her interview, and a waiting list letter for 60370 last week.

I, on the other hand, am yet to actually be interviewed for 60369 after their third party partner for the online tests stuffed up. That happens later this month. Meanwhile, today I finally got a success letter for 60370. Tomorrow I'll call them and ask about whether I should bother with the 60369 interview or not.

The waiting to hear back on 60370 was annoying both of us. Especially me over the last few days, given I knew she'd got a letter already.
  • Someone called today to verify my last 5 year addresses from DWP. I wonder what that means, cause I didnt get any letter from them....IRC61715 (EO)
