Hi Sportsfan
The job role is Benefits Delivery Officer which I think is AO, training first not much was said on the phone only that it will be confirmed by post and where and when to go!0 -
Hey Guys,
I went for the EO Personal Advisor tests last week and passed - YAY!! I had the interview this morning and I'm not too sure how it went as they couldn't really give me any feedback. Fingers crossed!
What areas are you guys going for? I'm going for West Midlands.
I don't know if it will help anyone else but here are the questions I was asked;
- Tell me a time when you improved a teams performance.
- Tell me a time when you have had to adhere to change, what was the situation and outcome from this.
- Tell me a time when you had to work in the group, how did you work together, did you experience any problems and how you overcame them.
There is one more but I can't remember it clearly as I kind of answered 2 questions with 1 situation.
Good luck to everyone!:j0 -

Hi,
They should give you a sheet to cover what they will ask questions on, these were mine.
Engaging effectively with customers level 2
Improving performance – level 2
Making best use of resources – level 1
Building constructive working relationships – level 1
If you look on the DWP website, it gives you some help under these headings of what scenario's to think of.
Good luck - if you have 4 examples in your mind before you go in, you'll be fine!0 -
Hi
can you tell me exactly where to find these websites on the DWP site?
