It was IRC60076, several different AO positions. My interview is tomorrow at Baskerville House in Centenery Square.

Does anybody know the difference between the customer service behavioural competency and the customer service professional competency? If it is down under both does this mean I will get asked two questions about customer service?

...........I am editing this now after having my interview today just to answer my own question in case anyone else was wondering the same thing. I'm not really sure whether there is a real difference between the two customer service competencies, but i did get asked one question for each of them.
what time was your interview at? because i was also there on the 1st

After a voice mail msge on 1st July telling me I had an interview on 8th, chain of hotel given but no city! Still no email with details, was told 2 days. Finally got through to some one, was told emails should go out by end of day and interview is in Leeds and is being d/w by capita.

Are interviews with capita any differant to those with dwp staff?

Been before but was dwp staff and failed english test, passed maths and had to do online assesment this time.

    Anyone else going?

    AO post in `west yorkshire`

    Thanks

I completed an online test for an HEO role on 20th June, then received a call on 2nd July inviting me to an interview on 8th July. Pretty quick timeframes down here in Hampshire! I'm just hoping they make a final decision as quickly - They won't need to do any checks this time as I'm already working for them!

I wouldn't count on it, my mate went from an AO to an EO position, they still did all the checks etc, and ended up taking around 12 weeks from being offered the job to getting a start date!

Has anyone received a start date with DWP/Job Centre, (recently passing their interviews), how long do pre-recruitment checks take? it cant be a really long process if the department have considered you for employment?

I was told that often they are delayed by waiting for replies from your references. So I would advise speaking to whoever you put down and ask them (politely) to respond as quickly as possible!

I have just got back from my interview, it was in a hotel bedroom!

Interview by 1 man and 1 lady, who asked 2 questions each, found it hard as not that used to interviews.

They are interviewing 150! They did not know how many posts or where they were.

Said I would hear in 10 working days, and letter would include info how to get feed back. Took approx 45 mins, would not like to repeat it!

They also said that they were trying to speed up the process so should be several weeks rather than months.

I also went for an interview at a hotel in leeds a while back. They said at the start it would last about 20-25 minutes which it did. I was suprised to hear about your interview you must have given them really lengthy answers?!.

Anyway you must have an idea of how it went.

Hello I wouldnt bother about the number of people they are interviewing if you've got over the pass mark youve got the job. They are looking for as many people as possible as they need more staff in the jobcentres around west yorkshire.
