Hang in there teterow. All a bit bleak for many at the moment so we can all cheer each other on...one thing that has struck me of late is that it isnt things but people that make me happy....how it took me that long to realise I dont know but still...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hi,
Well its Christmas Eve and I am sat here in the dark with my trusted laptop and sparkly tree.
I would like to put my name down for the debt free by Christmas 2009 if I can please. I have rounded up the amount to £15k.
Whilst off during the holidays I am going through this house with a fine tooth comb and it will be going on Ebay.
Wish me luck
Merry ChristmasLucylema x :j0 -
Weeeell, another little bitty bit off - Lloyds TSB this time (hangs head in shame at the sheer NUMBER of cc's we have accumulated over the years:embarasse )
£56.59 capital, but from a total payment of £173!! - ALL INTEREST!!
I must say, doing it this way makes me realise how crippling some of the interest is. 22.5% - ouch......
Happy Christmas everyone, we have DD's 1 & 3 back just after christmas & I am SO looking foward to it

know whatcha mean suzi - I paid 60 and realised that alot of that was interest...really hit home and will be doing some juggling in Feb. 0% runs out so will need to move dosh from mbna...meanwhile will crack on with the others! Plan of attack is buy only needs, cut gb and make sure I make lunch for work plus no books or mags to be purchased! Between all those will make a good dent me thinks!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

OK, we are in the last few days of December - if anyone wants to give me their totals for money paid off IN TOTAL so far in this challenge, then please post it on here.
Please do not send it to me by PM - my inbox gets full very quickly and you are likely to be missed.
Spreadsheet is all ready for those lovely numbers, so don't be shy, even if you have only paid of £5 - it all adds up!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
