Fair point ,I agree. For an easier life rather then tell your creditors that you spend £10pm on Sky tell them you spend £10pm on fags and booze- problem solved ! Your lungs and liver thank you !

Home and dry ! Everything you do now will only help to clear your debt. Its a great feeling.
I have just returned from a charity evening for the British Heart Foundation were lots of money was raised and a good time was had. On the way home I stopped at Tesco and embraced the future- self service tills. I have never used them before but I will never queue again. Stopped to get a finest Mousakka as I am celebrating winning some wine this evening and I wanted something nice to acompany it. Feeling very merry.

I have just found this on another thread.

"I want to sue Coca Cola....
I bought a couple of cans of coke today for my kids today, I found it incredibly embarrassing when they asked me what Santa Clause was doing on the can. I know he only empties his sack once a year but this is ridiculous. Can I sue coco cola for the stress explaining it to my kids has caused me? "

What a palaver last night. I had to use jump leads to get my car going whilst I was working. It was so wet yesterday I had the rear screen on and the blowers on full just to try and stop the car from steaming up with all the hot food inside, and I drained the battery. Luckily a good Samaritan was on hand to get me going and touch wood its all driving ok now ready for tonight's shift, although its pouring again.
Have just seen last nights I'm a celeb with them eating Kangaroo !!!!!! etc. I was dying with laughter at Ant and Dec who couldn't keep a straight face and the way they squinted with pain when Kim stabbed that testicle with her fork-Priceless.
I have read with interest today that by Wednesday we should know where we stand with our bank charges according to the Supreme court, I may have the chance to celebrate Christmas this year and get everything up to date. Still haven't found anyone for the spare room yet, I've had 1 email and 1 phonecall from someone who couldn't speak a word of English and have so far spent £43 on advertising, it was never this hard previously.

Have you tried your local gumtree for advertising the room? It's free and seems to have a lot of traffic...

Tee hee to the coke can! :rotfl:

Gumtree netted me zero response this time- was 100% successful the last time I used them though. Whilst posting on Gumtree I did spend a minute looking at some of the "adult personels" good grief they're racy ! I wonder if they work?

Jim have you tried sticking some posters up on one of the campuses? Might be worth it if you want it sorted quick.
