log onto payplan http://www.payplan.com/ click the big orange box that says get debt help now and in the next 24 hours they will call you and you will have started to get your life back. That easy.
Next I recommend a hypnotist to wipe away the memory of Boyzone (I know Ronan's manger Mark and he really is that nice). I thought I was bad with Duran Duran at the O2 last year but you take the biscuit..... come on hear ask for advice then confess.... Don't know why I bother.....!!!!in' Boyzone !:rotfl:

What is a Charging order?

A charging order is an order from the court placed on a debtor's property (house or land) for monies owed to a lender.
If you have borrowed money and the money is not secured and you have not kept to the repayment arrangement, a lender can request the court to place a charging order on your property so that when the property is sold you will have to pay that debt off first before any of the proceeds are given to you.
In basic terms, the unsecured debt becomes secured on your property.
When can a lender apply for a charging order?

Before a court will consider an application for a charging order, the lender must have issued a county court judgement and you must have failed to make payments on that judgement or not paid the judgement according to the requirements of the court.
What happens when I receive a charging order?

The lender will apply to the court for a charging order, once the court has considered the application and is satisfied with the application, you will receive the order on a N86 form.
The form will include information regarding the time and date of the hearing when the judge will decide if to make a final charging order.
If the judgement is put in place, you will receive a N87 form (Final Charging Order), this form will also be sent to the lender. The lender will then need to inform the Land Registry of the order.
Will I be forced to sell my house or land?

You are not under any obligation to sell your property once the final charging order is in place, however, there are some extreme circumstances where a lender can apply to a court for force of sale. This is, however, rare and the court would have to agree to the application before such an order would be served.

I had that first Bon Jovi album too !! ( I'm 37 and now I feel old!) No, liking A-ha is nothing to be ashamed of but when you have all their solo stuff and know that Pal is now known as Paul as it was easier for the Americans to understand when he did his solo stuff with Savoy. Oh and own the album by Bridges ( pal and mags first band) that you really worry about your sanity.
But OH has got a Danni Minogue album so there's always someone worse off- and that's a million times worse than Boyzone!

Just had a quick trawl through the record collection....varied is not the word., Iron Maiden ( lots of), Pink, Def Leppard, A-ha, Joe Satriani, 2 Euphoria albums, Dream Theatre, Korn and finally ( and a zillion times worse than Boyzone...) an A1 album....arrrggghhhhhhhhh !!! It was bought because they did a cover version of Take on Me.... Why did I think that that was a reason to buy it?????

I definately wouldn't!! Even if I did swing that way she still looks like a botoxed breast implant who is breaking in some teeth for a horse.

Just had a trawl through my cd collection and there is nothing in there that I would be embarrassed of at all. In fact if we had just met and you were looking through the collection you'd be thinking "pretty cool, I've got a good one here (unlike all those other times )"
What planet do I live on ?
I've been back to ladies' homes before for (ahem) coffee and I always have a look through their cd collection and I may be a shallow man but for me it goes smile, bum, tits, record collection. One girl just owned one cd "George Michael greatest hits" which made the evening very difficult as I knew that it wouldn't be going very far (well just far enough that night ) in the future. Other times it's far worse, loads of cd's Now 1 to Now 72 and nothing else. "I like variety" so do I "See you later".
If I going to be honest I am only basing my excellent taste on my album collection, now the cd singles, well lets just say, they are a shocker ! With the worst hidden behind the fantastically interesting books I own (ha ha). And the worst of the lot -Hootie and the blowfish- only wanna be with you. I beg your understanding and forgiveness.
