This is the latest threatening letter I've received form Charles Howard & Partners regarding my Nationwide credit card, claiming that they haven't received payments, only here's the thing....they have via Payplan. Talk about trying it on, should I call them?

This printer/scanner/copier my Dad got me for Christmas is working out quite useful ! At work today everyone has been provided with some alcohol hand wash and a huge tub of antiseptic wipes + a guide on how to wash your hands, all in a bid to prevent any out breaks of flu. Part of me is ripping the p1ss and the other part is thinking what a thoughtful and careful company that I work for, but then again how to wash your hands ?

Nobody cares about me - nobody has told me how to wash my hands. Just have to assume that I have been doing it right for 30 something years :rolleyes:.

Ha Ha ! you win first prize ! I got taught to clean my teeth properly about 9 years ago by a sadist hygienist, she scared me so much ( and hurt me ) that I followed her advice to the letter and have needed no further treatment since- God my gums were bleeding, looked like I'd been punched in the mouth !
