Good for you Jim.

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

This is the thing with weight watchers I would just sit there with tears rolling down my face at the stories, no matter how sad or tragic the circumstances I would be laughing.
I lost 2-3 lbs every week for about 6 weeks and I was following it religiously and very happy and then one week I had lost nothing, I was so angry I stormed out and went to the Chinese. My problem is if I cheat or have a day off I may as well have the weekend off, then the week, then before the month and before you know it you are back to square one. Once I start I have no problems sticking to it and I really enjoy the healthy food- I love salad with green peppers ! But when I have that day off I just go to pieces. I am committed and I will do this, I have to as I know feel uncomfortable at my desk.
p.s- just bought a cucumber from tesco £1.24 ! I swear before Xmas they were 68p.0 -
I must admit I don't go to classes for the same reason. You can't help but think about Marjory Dawes can you lol
I am the same as soon as I have one bad meal, it turns into a bad day then a week. Then I won't weigh and it's a slippery slope lol.
At the moment I am just taking it one day at a time not looking at the bigger picture. Baby steps and all that.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Right well there is the challenge. I am one day behind you and I have posted my weight this morning. Of course I am not asking you to post yours but in 2 weeks time when I post my result let me know how it compares against your own progress. good luck.0
