hello everyone,
My mind is very very busy today. Can I ask you all a question? Would you take a job for less money and standing if it would put you on the road to a job you've always wanted??:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

That is a difficult one KT - i guess it would depend how difficult it would be to get the job you always wanted . Good luck with what you decide to do.£2 savers club 2025 #40

Morning all.
Will be checking on line banking with hand over eyes as it's getting worse and worse this month
Packed lunch with me
WAs very proud of our family at the weekend. We really have run out of money this month until DH gets paid on Friday and I absolutely refuse to put anything on credit cards - when DH got his job in September I said that was the end, that we would never use a credit card again (unless something disastrous happened). On the Friday I made a large chocolate cake for a 40th party and happily the client paid me in cash, so I had £45 for the week's shopping. This may seem like lots to you for a family of three, but we normally struggle to get below £80, even with a shopping list. So I forbade DH to put anything in the trolley without me seeing (his usual trick!) worked out a good food plan using the freezer stuff as much as poss, and took all ouir saved pennies to put in the change machine. GOt £6.15 out of that, and the shopping came in bang on target (used mysupermarket.com to price it really accurately) so we treated ourselves to a bottle of wine with the saved money.
Now just got to make it all last the week....0 -

KT - Difficult question. If it put me into financial difficulty then no, but if I thought I could manage on the money then yes, I would go for it myself.

Just can't afford it so going to have to be blunt. Not looking forward to that.:embarasse
