I am not a happy bunny, the £5 gas on the meter that was put on yesterday has run out. My new card has not arrived and they told me that it was being posted 1st class yesterday.

I have been with them for 3 months and hate them, can I go back to British Gas or do I have to stay with these.

Thanks for the hugs and suggestions everyone! Off to have a shower now and find some clean clothes. :)

Got to remember to say that the anti-inflammatories I was given didn't agree with me either. Only took 3 and I was up most of one night feeling horrendously sick!

  • ZLS1984 - Check the terms of your agreement. Unless you went for some sort of fixed term, you can change every month I believe. As they have also not kept to their side of the bargain, I would complain to Ofgem (I think?)

Still no return call from the agency that left me a message hours ago!

Thanks PF, I have no idea what she signed me up to as I can not believe what they say. Have found ofgem going to see what they have to say.

toochoosey - I assume that the e-mail address on the card list is your actual name (reversed obviously)?

sunnygirl - I used to live near you on Hulme Hall Avenue. Went to Bradshaw Hall school then Woods Lane (which we weren't supposed to call it apparently but everyone did :rotfl:).
