Back to the grindstone! Going to put lunch on now as I'm hungry and then I'm going to get Mr G up. Got to go and collect some tiles, go to the bank and buy a 2009 diary for my filofax.
So my next plans apart from dinner is to get the washing out of the machine to start drying and put another load on.Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

Morning everyone.
I'm quite a few pages back as usual. I was being good though and doing things and not reading the thread.
Last night i did 11/2 hours of ironing while we watched a couple of episodes of heroes off the recorder box, and i did a washload of bibs. It was a bit of a crazy night as my sister was here till about 7:30, which meant the boys were too hyped up to sleep, so we had to go and resettle DS1 a few times, which is normally unheard of in our house. DH also needed to ring his parents as they got back off hols yesterday.
This morning i have:- had a bath
- done a food shop at Morrisons, and spent a fortune again, but there is booze and stuff on there for xmas, a few things like rice stockpiled for when i am not getting paid, and then loo rolls
- put all the food away
- taken a large boots bag of toys to the charity shop
- got a urine sample of fat cat and taken it into the vets so they can check his kidney function.
I think next port of call is perhaps to take the clothes i ironed last night upstairs and put them away, and when DS2 wakes up feed him. Otherwise, i don't really know what to do with myself as i am in a CBA mood. Suppose i should meal plan and get on a bit.

Finally caught up with you all...........hugs and sympathy to all the poorly-sicks (you know who you are:grouphug: ).
In the office and totally fed up.........two customers have JUST paid their August accounts and they are large companies, not little ones. Their September payments will be due in a little over a week and I can't get any confirmation from them that they will be bringing their payment schedules back in line with their terms. In the meantime, we're being chased for October payments - I just want to cry. We are a small company and this sort of thing causes us real problems at the best of times, let alone in the current financial climate. Such fun, I get to worry about finances at work AND when I get home!
OK, I've given myself a mental kick up the behind for feeling sorry for myself - there are folk with far worse problems than me. I once read somewhere that if a problem could be solved by throwing money at it, then it is not a problem. I can see the reasoning behind this, but it wouldn't half be nice to HAVE the money to get rid of the so-called "non-problem".
Have decided to do a mega-ironing session when I get home - spare room is full of stuff to be ironed or put away.
