greenbee have you got any more info about the anti inflamatory type diet? My only concern is if it clashes with what I can/can't have due to other issues. It's good that your employer and OT have made adaptations to make it easier for you at work. Have you thought of getting gripper sticks? So you can pick things up without the need to bend. Mines like this

I remember spending a lot of time in hospital for various nasty tests.

I've phoned OU office and arranged to go there today with DP so he can sort his credit transfer/next course and I can sort my next course. I can't drive at the mo because of left knee (snap pigpen) so he'll have to drive, well I can try but if it goes off, it'll not be good. I can walk ok with my left kept straight so that's not a problem.

So far, DSs to school, dogs sorted, washer load done and on the radiators. Before I go out I need to

    empty dishwasher
    check emails
    refill wm with cloths wash
    get DP out of bed
vacuum - poly balls still appearing!

:rotfl: I've just had an estate agent on the phone, ended up being half an hour chat about nightmare landlords/tenants, but anyway they are keeping in touch with what they have for me.
One day I might be more organised...........
