    As an extra bit of info, I've applied for about 3 cards with Sygma (all said no) this year and I'm wondering if it's something to do with that ...

    i've also tried for 3 cards. reckon thats it. hope it doesnt put a fraud warning on my credit file though?!?!

    I applied for the Flybe card last week, and had searches by Creation Finance and Sygma Bank on 18th - no decision yet. Today I also have the Sygma Bank (Fraud) search showing up. Maybe they're doing a general search on recent applicants for some reason?

    They've actually placed a Fraud marker on my file!!!

    Im going to get onto them about this. Thanks everyone - it seems everyone they are declining they are deciding its fraud!!!!!! Sheesh. Is this actually legal???
