So much for thinking the adventures were over

Been pushed from pillar to post for the past two months, trying to start the ball rolling properly for financial redress.

Spoke to my original case officer, to people in complaints and was getting absolutely nowhere. 9th June spoke to a lady in Bolton who said it had to be in writing, so I very politely asked her how come it had taken six weeks for someone to tell me that a request for financial redress had to be in writing? The last time I managed to speak to someone, they said it was being looked into, and I should hear something back within 2 weeks - so much for that bunch of lies

So I sent a letter first class listing my reasons for financial redress, and also making a formal complaint about the utter lack of coordination shown by the three different offices I have been speaking to.

I called yesterday to confirm receipt of my letter, only to be told that no note had been made as yet, and although they might have received the letter they have to process it before it can show on my account. The woman I spoke to said that even once the letter had been logged, it could take some time before anything was done as it depends on how busy the caseworker assigned is.

I had forgotten how frustrating it is dealing with the CSA - time to take some Kalm tablets methinks...
