I made cauli and leek cheese on friday and i had enough to make 2 large dishes we had one on friday and the other is in the fridge for tomorrow i wanted to freeze it . it is in a pyrex dish is that suitable for the freezer? what dishes do you use for freezer to oven?
I use oval individual dishes that I also use for cottage pies, crumbles, pies etc. 1 dish is a good sized portion for 1 or a small portion for 2. They are brown crockery and I got some from Wilkinsons and others from carboots. They are invaluable for batch cooking.

Hi everybody,
Late to-day, have just skimmed thread...hugs to Smoky, agree that counselling is probably the way to go with DS1, go easy on yourself.
Glad that we don't have any snow, looks nasty outside to-night, overcast so hope that is not an indication of snow on its way.
Soapy, that baby is not going to be told when to arrive, we have a saying here that when the apple is ripe it will fall, he/she must have heard about it!
Hugs to all in need or want, welcome to newbies and congratulations to all who are celebrating
