hi guys, i am looking for a bengal kitten as a pet, yes i have read up on them and have had a cat before etc (was stolen). i am ready for another.
i am based in london, have looked online but sometimes word of mouth from someone that has one can be as good.
any recomendations for breeders in or around the london area? i dont want to drive too far poor cat will be scared stiff!

is it reasonable to pay around 350?
    all help appreciated xx

£350 is alright but make sure you see mum and dad and make sure you see the pedigree first. Also ensure they are vaccinated and come with 6 weeks free insurance and a kitten pack, if they don't then please don't buy.

PM and i'll give you info of two breeders in the SE.

    Oh Kimberley, I'm really sorry.
I thought you kept your indoors? I do but in dry weather I let them in the garden supervised for air, but I was distracted for about 25 minutes in which time she dissappeared, luckily my Oscar was ok.
I got Molly chipped today when she had her tubes tied (& shes officially on the active register:eek: ).
You are lucky that where Bengals are not common, many people might not recognise them as a pedigree (OK I know some might).

But I wouldn't say what she is in your ads, just describe her.
In her ads she is down as a tabby, no way would I say she is a Bengal, i'd prefer to play down her value.

Without papers shes worth bu66er all, so with a high reward its a great incentive to return her, then if they want a cat they can buy their own, with papers.
We thought we lost Ted once (he was in a drawer:rolleyes: ), but we put up a £300 reward.I've put up a £600 reward hoping someone who has her is tempted with Xmas around the corner

DH had a great pic of Ted on his phone, I must post it up here. I will get it printed off too & put it in a nice frame.

Good luck Kimberley, is there any chance she is in some tiny crevice in your home?No Oscar would have found her and thank you for your kind words

Ha ha Tigerlilly, never mind, maybe you can save up. Anyway here is a link for the UK Bengal kitten list.

You can get some really stunning Bengals with some of these breeders but they are very very expensive, but some look like leopards with stunning Rosette markings meow

Thats not a problem, the small ears are just essential for a breeding cat or show cat.

Read the info on here about what is required in a quality Bengal

    Here is what you need

Mrs E - your cat appears to have been hit by a saucepan :rotfl:

I think non-Persian/exotic cats look really odd, with their enormous noses:eek: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've put my finger on why it is I'm draw to the flat faced cats, they are humanised, even baby faced & I think thats why I find them so appealing.
