But they are a bunch of w.....s. Surely any company so stupid to manage to mis-price items over and over again deserve to be called a bunch of w.....s. Fair enough if it only happens once or twice, however, five times out of about ten or so orders is surely incompetence of the highest level. Or perhaps it is just a ploy to get us all to talk about 'Play' and they get free advertising. No matter to me how you look at it, in my opinion they are w.....s. If you want to be some sort of apologist for them, that is up to you. However, I think you must work for them or be a bit soft in the head.

Ordered Saturday, got my email today at 16.05. I spoke to them regarding refund to be told it could take upto 7days!

Had a perusal of the General conditions and it says amongst other things:
"Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Play.com has received payment in full for that product"
Does that mean that the printer belongs to me when they have debited my card ? If so can I ask for my printer back?

Odd some of you say you have had money taken out when Play don't usually take payment from your account until they are ready to physically ship the goods..

My order went to the posted stage before it was subsequently canceled! That's why I thought that the deal was done.

I have just spoken to Josh who is apparently a Manager at Play and he was very bored and totally uninterested. I have received no cancellation email and the money has been taken from my debit card.....he even said I should check my emails properly as the email would have been sent (why didn't I think of that??!!) He said he will issue me with a refund today....should receive it by the weekend.

Plot thickens - Play.com deducted 54.99 from my account with a date entry of today, needless to say I'm not particularly happy with this!!
