Mistake my backside. Play make a habit of this. I have had five orders cancelled over the past 12 months. So they don't seem to learn from their 'mistakes'. They use these scams for free publicity. If I made as many mistakes at work I would have been sacked long ago.

Got a mail from play to say that mails were sent out immediately when the pricing error was noticed yesterday - I only got my email today just after 4pm - I'm in contact with Play regarding this since the cancellation without notification is certainly something I'm more annoyed with and taking over 24 hours to tell you its been cancelled in my eyes is not good enough.

For those of you who have received the mail, is it possible for you to check when the mail was sent from Play so I can figure out if its been just a delay in me getting the mail or if we have all been affected by it?

Received order acknowledgement e-mail on Saturday 22nd at 12.49 PM. Still waiting for any further correspondence regarding the cancellation. Play, what a bunch of w.....s.
