Wish I'd have seen the video in time to sell before it all hit the fan. Not for the money but just to be getting on my way to that seaside which is getting further away by the day.
I'm not sure if Kirstie is misinformed or being quite young (like NDG!) has only been an adult in the boom years and like a lot of people couldn't believe it would ever change.

I've only seen upwards movement as an adult, but its older adults putting most pressure on my friends and us to BUY BUY BUY.
