    We call her Krusty.

This video is why we hate her. She is a property ramper and has pushed first time buyers beyound their limits who are now being repossessed.

    http://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/media/LondonTonight-2005-12-12.wmv

That's remarkable! When was this aired?

What's most interesting is Krustys allegations of "insider trading". She actually compares HPC with the Stock Market and suggests that on the Stock Market "there are rules about this sort of thing". No there aren't! People are entirely free to speculate on shares. Presumably whenever the Financial Times gives views on stocks and shares that's "insider trading" too is it Krusty?

And what's ironic is that she's soo "cross" at peoplle "misguiding" others with their views that there could/will be a downturn, and then goes on to state as fact that:

"There isn't going to be a market crash, there may be a levelling off in the market".

She's not too bright bless her. Is she still a property advisor to the Conservative Party? If so someone ought to send them a link to this clip.

Disagree totally with all the personal attacks though, they're unwarranted. She's a very attractive woman, and wouldn't be a television presenter if she wasn't. By all means have a pop at her views though, they're clearly nonsense.

Nope, OH and I were both born in 1977 (him right at the end) so I'm now 31, and he's 30.

I reckon it's mostly the female posters with the 'fat and ugly' insults. 95% of the men on here have a secret fancy for her

(Idea for a poll - who would win in a fight, Kirstie Allsop or Sarah Beeny)

I wouldn't say no, as long as she kept her mouth shut. ;)

Don't get me started on Sarah 'permanent cold sores and bad roots' Beeny ...
    Gone ... or have I?

she accuses hpc'ers of insider trading - is it me or is she talking bull!!!t.

How can ONE website make the market crash?

    silly cow.

And how can ONE television presenter ramp prices to the degree she is accused of?
It cuts both ways. No single person is responsible. People just like scapegoats.

Now here`s a good reason why we should all vote Tory

If the Tories are to be credible, they need to call the housing market like it is [ and therefore sack Krusty ].

Only then will they be in a position to call time on Emperor Gordon's new clothes and be able to ridicule his crazy claim to have ended boom & bust.

As well as pouring cold water on vain government attempts to kick-start a doomed housing market.

But how can anyone be idiotic enough to keep the myth going when the crash is staring us all in the face? She's worse than our Prime Minister.

If she quit and recognised her errors she wouldn't have so much aggro.

But she's incorrigible  She brings it on herself and I have no sympathy (apart from a feminist aversion to comments which wouldn't be directed towards a man).

I find it very childish and upsetting when some people here are calling horrible names to a perszon they have never met.

    Her name is Kirstie.

It is the height of rudeness to call her nasty names for NO REAON.

She has not done anyone here any personal harm. She is just trying to make a living like the rest of us. OK, so she was wrong when she said the proces would go up and there wouldnt be a crash...

Doesnt derseve the vitriol she is getting from some tho.

    Please stop.

Sorry, but mention of the nickname "Krusty Allcrap" always raises a chuckle for me.
