    Afternoon All!!!!

Well, just a little catch up today.....

Today is OH's b'day - so out for a cheap meal somewhere tonight!

I had to put some diesel in my car:o as there was no way I was going to last til tomorrow, let alone Friday! Have only put £5 in though and I reckon that should more than last til Friday. So quite chuffed in a way... thats £15 for 2 weeks motoring instead of the usual £20. :D

I had to buy some cigarettes. But I have split them up into a couple of empty packets.... this way they will last until Friday. What happens, is when OH thinks I've got loads, he'll smoke more of them.... so by only having a few in a packet, he won't smoke so many :D (cheeky I know!)

Have been thinking about the A&L account. Def the right thing to do. Just need to find out when I'll get the £100 from them. Also, I am hoping that all the changing DD's wont confuse me. To this end.... I am going to keep pulling out the £60 I need each week and nothing else! Hopefully, when its all transfered it wall all be as smooth as it is now!

So... thats it for now! Works busy, so I had better go and do some!!

    TTFN!!

    Hello everyone!!

Well thats OH's b'day out the way. I wrapped up the tickets, put them in an envelope, attached that to a brick, wrapped them both together in bubblewrap, put them in a jiffy bag, in a box and then wrapped the box. A bit like pass-the-parcel for one person. He was quite preplexed when unwrapping!! He liked the tickets too and we are off to see Jethro next Thursday :D

He didn't fancy going out for anything to eat (and for some reason didn't want me to cook- not complaining though!;) ) so we went out for a couple of beers (not me... I drove!) and then grabbed a chinese. YUMMY!!! The local chinese is doing an offer whenby you get a voucher every time you spend over £15 on an order and then when you get 8 vouchers, you get £15 off when you redeem them. My OH pointed out that this was quite money-saving and (I quote) "that Martin bloke would be impressed!" I said yes and no.... as having to spend £120 to get £15 off a chinese isn't that fantastic really, but if you are going to spend that money, you may as well get something back for it!!! :o

So all in all I spent £25-00 last night. Not too bad at all I didn't think!!:D

Nothing tracking on Q.co yet for the A&L, but I'm sure it will.

I still haven't had my Amazon voucher from Qype - despite several emails now. I even got an email from them just checking that I had received it!!! Erm..... NO!! Must get on that again!!!

Been trying to do more daily clicks!! I am not silly and I know they all add up to free cash.... but it is really slow and I am not very patient!! I think getting 29p from Q.co has helped spur me on a bit.

Well, thats about it really! Oh, the fiver of fuel has got me through and I won't need to put any diesel in until tomorrow - so £15 in 2 weeks. I [STRIKE]may try just putting £8 in for the week ahead and see how we go[/STRIKE], nope!! I have budgetted £10 so I will put that in otherwise if I do need more, the chances are I won't have the money left in my purse to do it!!! :D

Ok, back to work!!! Laters, Nats x

  • Aww that sounds like a good birthday! I'd be happy with that! It's the thought that counts after all, and I believe that more then most. I mean my OH spent over £100 on a bracelet for my bday last year, but it was a week late so is now meaningless to me! I'd have preferred a cheap bracelet on the day :)

PS I don't wear jewellery either haha!!
