    Hi everyone,
just settled down for the evening, got up this morning to a small mountain of pots, done those and the lounge. Made a roast dinner, we had chicken, stuffing, yorkies, and veg. did do some roasties but it think I am the only person in the world who can't cook them. Just realised I haven't sorted DS uniform for school yet  best do that. Also now have to sort out OH comp, he is completly incapable of doing anything for himself

    Evening all
Did 2 loads of washing & got them dry on the radiators today. Then cooked roast beef with all the trimmings for lunch, still using up the beef from Christmas. I went shopping yesterday & spent £34, that will last the 3 of us a week at least. This weeks menu is:
Monday Turkey Ham & Mushroom Pie, made with Christmas turkey
    Tuesday Liver & Bacon
    Wednesday Fish Pie
    Thursday Cottage Pie
    Friday Paella
Monday to Thursday will be served with Mashed potato, I have a large bag that needs using up. I have also made Banana Bread to use up 3 rather brown bananas lurking in the fridge.
I'm going to make the sandwiches for tomorrows lunches, then I'm going to put my feet up & knit for a couple of hours till it's time for bed.
Then up at 5:30, get hubby to the station, get stepson out of bed then off to work myself. It's a great life.

Dont feel too well so will be signing off soon.

DD is going to school tomorrow and is back on packed lunches due to problems with school dinners-even though we get them free ATM. Have posted about it on another thread and will be sorting this out this week. She is keen to go back on pack ups and has already got her apple, crisps, banana a drink together-just need to make her sarnie and put a yogurt in. She has asked for a jam sandwich, but me dont think so :rotfl: ive said 5 days....5 different lunches...Ive suggested....ham, cheese, marmite, jam sarnies and 1 day chicken and rice or pasta  does that sound OK. She has a large OJ in the morning (at least 1 fruit), 2 fruits at lunch and 1/2 veggies in evening and possible another fruit. She is not good with veg...lol.

Am due up Kings College hospital tomorrow afternoon so will be picking dd up early from school and going straight up there in the car  i hate travelling into london but cant be helped and find it difficult i and out trains etc. Im hoping the shop in the hospital still have their Nescafe instant 200g jars still on special at £1.99 a jar. If so, I will grab half a dozen jars as its very good value and OH lives on the stuff.

Dinner was scrummy :D All washing dried and put away or in ironing basket.

SIL here tomorrow doing some jobs around the house that I have difficulties with (not slave labour-promise ;) ).

MATH-Where are you? Hope I havent upset you hun

Anyways, best go. Going to watch Conair in bed....uummm..going to bed with Nick Cage

    Luv to all.

Someone will always be smarter. Their house will be bigger. They will
drive a better car. Their children will do better in school. And their
partners will fix more things around the house. So let it go and love
you and your circumstances. Think about it. The prettiest woman in the
world can have hell in her heart. And the most highly favored woman on
your job may be unable to have children. The richest woman you know -
she's got the car, the house, the clothes - might be heartbreakingly
lonely. So, love you. Love who you are right now. Tell yourself, "I am
too blessed to be stressed." Be blessed ladies and pass this on to
encourage another woman. "To the world you might be one person, but to
one person you just might be the world."

  • Morning.

Really bad night last night

WM is loaded with a load that will go on about 6, then dried on airer. DW half full. Toilet cleaned. Other than that house clean and tidy.

SIL is coming today and doing some jobs round the house I find difficult and all the ironing :D then up to Kings Hospital later...which Im not looking forward too

Will be doing DD's packed lunch in an hr or so and am giving her: ham/lettuce sandwich, apple, banana, yogurt, crisps, watery squash. Think that should see her through the day, but if not may add an extra half a sarnie tomorrow-will see.

OH doing a it more decorating i think this morning.

    Breakie:weetabix
    Lunch:left over roast from yesterday
    Dinner: Not sure yet

Speak soon as I dont feel great.

    Morning All

At work bright and early again.

Went out and stocked up on work food yesterday. Picked up lots of bargains, and used my Tesco coupons to get extra points.

Had an okish night, woke a few times.

PP hope you feel better soon

Hi Yall, Hope you feel better as the day wears on PP. (hugs) to anyone else who has had a grotty night.

I've been up since 4:30:eek: Too much on my mind which I can't post about at the mo - we'll have to see how things pan out. Sitting here in a dressing gown that only Jack Duckworth would admit to owning, a pair of furry slipper socks, and specs cos it's far too early for contacts...ouch! (I'm a sight to behold I can tell ya) :D How long does it take for those mattress lines to dissapear from your face? The older I get the longer it seems to be taking. Will they fade before bedtime? hehehehe
Sat here and done 12 paid2click sites just to make sure I do get RSI in my index finger:rolleyes: . Off now to top up on coffee, charge the DW,TD and washer before Mrs MATH and the MATHLETTS alight, sweet and pleasant natured from their pits!

Have a good day. I'll try and catch ya later.
