I was in same position (cheque cleared 2/12) and I received my certificate yesterday (Sat 13th). Obviously they are working through quite a backlog

They are quite good in replying to emails and told me on the 2nd Dec (via that method) that mine was opened on the 25th November. They said a certificate would be sent within 14 days of opening, but at the moment still awaiting receipt of that. Not too worried but for good order/records etc. do not have an account number yet.
