  • Hello. Not technically a glitch but a great Boots bargain. Huggies newborn kits containing 27 nappies 72 wipes and a little pair of disney socks are BOGOF and only a fiver. There are loads of packs in Sheffield. Bargain. Apologies if this is already on here did have a look and couldn't find it.

    SNIPPED........

Well, I'd disagree a little with the first statement. I think us MSE Bootsers are in a minority...a significant minority, but still a small one. There are a lot of folk out there who may not know MSE but can still read a coupon and figure out what "£5 off" means. I did better when I started reading the Bootsing threads, but that's not to say I didn't do a lot of Bootsing before that. For every one MSE-er using 20 Boots coupons there will be 100 or more Josephine Publics using one coupon. (And another 500 probably not using any coupons on a regular basis, but that's a different discussion. Like "I wonder how many Boots customers don't have an Advantage Card?" We might be shocked.....)

Thanks valk_scot you put it so much better than :T :T Recovering from a poison arrow at the moment.

Hi all, I lurk here a bit but haven't been in Boots for a while. These blueys you mention, when is the last date you can use them? I love Loreal Revitalift moisturiser and £5 off is a good deal. TIA!

The price reductions on the razors and the blades are scheduled to end on Tuesday 2nd December according to the sels.

    HTH.

I meant to look at the card on the items yesterday. If anyone goes today, then the card that says the razors are 1/2 price will have a date on, and that should be when the glitch ends, if Boots don't end it early.

I think it said 2nd december, but thats just a date that seems to be in my head for soem reason.

    HELP!

I placed an order on .com on saturday and entered my card details but as it went to the card security thing where you have to put your pin in it crashed. The screen then changed saying there has been an error with your order - it has not been placed. To return to the homepage and start again click here.

THAT ORDER THAT WASNT PLACED JUST TURNED UP.

As it was late saturday night i decided to go into a boots store on sunday and get the stuff there and then.

    BUT

I have just checked my bank balance and no money has gone out of my account.

I thought the money was deducted from your account when the order was despatched???

Does this mean it has placed the order but the payment has been lost in the system somewhere, ie have i got my order for free. That would be nice but im guessing its wishful thinking.

What has just arrived i will use so theres no point in me taking it back. I now have a fully stocked baby cupboard.

P.S georgie262 - i bought 2 of the huggies newborn sets on sunday as someone mentioned they are the perfect size for a baby annabell doll and whole load cheaper too.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!

Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p

Have you tried ringing CS? They will do a stock check for you in the area you want.

The barcode for the S&G Admit it you want me set is:-
    5 045092 393192
(there is also another code above the barcode which is:-
    23-93-190

So many people have posted thet there is none on display but some in stockrooms. Good luck, I hope you find some.
