Have sent everyone's BLUES out. One went missing, so one person will only be getting one. Sorry.

Some glitches are just to shift stock I agree with one of the posters on here, Wilkinson Sword Razor is one of them, and the Trevor Sorbie (I went mental with those) was another one. Boots know exactly what they are doing. If they had made a mistake, like they did with NO 7 Lighty Mirrors, they would have pulled the offer.

Think the clearance S+G Mini's in Dundee were just a one off thing there. All mine went full price at Leeds and Huddersfield. I think it's up to the manager's discretion at each store. Like the NIVEA DNAGE is still at £8.00 in Leeds, but went down to 50p in Dewsbury.

Anyway, have a fun evening all.

PS. Got 2 more full BLUES. If anyone wants them, pm me before tomorrow noon. If you have already had a PINKIE/BLUE/FREEBIE off me, please let one of the others have them this time. I'm trying to make it fair for everyone. Thanks.

    Maybe some glitches arent glitches.

Maybe they are placed there by Mr B specificaly to shift stock.

I too have been a bootster for many years before finding this thread, but i never buy anything on a glitch that i will never use as its just a waste of my money and stops someone who will use it from being able to get it. But there are also 100's of people who shop in boots that have no AC and have no idea about 3 4 2's or glitches and are literally throwing money away, so it all balances out in the end.

Either way Mr B wins most of the time in my opinion but i get a small reward every now and them for my loyalty.

So if Mr B is reading please have a glitch on ''brilliant brunnette'' 6 4 1 cos that would be fabby. I would also appreciate some baby glitches too.

I couldn't agree more. Mr B is not as dumb as we think. I've noticed after nearly every glitch. The items involved are heavily reduced.

He knew about the 6 4 1 No7 suncare glitch a couple of years ago, but didn't fix the glitch because he wanted to get rid of it all as the packaging was changing. Then there was the botanics golden glow glitch. Every store had mountains of this stuff, so again Mr B wanted rid of it. There's probably loads more glitches where this was the case too, but I can't remember them at the moment:o

I was not a bootser before finding this lovely thread. I shopped in boots, but I hardly ever bothered with the ACM or money off vouchers. I used to throw them away:o mind you, I wasn't a tescoer either, until I started reading the tesco thread. MSE opened up a whole new world to me:D Before finding MSE I would buy cheap supermarket shampoo and shower gel. Now I'm into T&G and S&G and sanctuary. Which costs less than the cheapo stuff (during a glitch;) ) that I used to buy from the supermarket.
    Long live MSE:beer:

    pollsdolls,

you mentioned the No7 hydra quench range being reduced, can you remember by how much ? is it half price or just a bit off ?

    TIA
    mishka

Hi mishkanorman, big reductions. Originally 50% Now 75% in Liverpool.

So well worth looking for. They were on a stand near to the No 7 counter (Not in the general clearance) But this could vary from store to store, so check all possible areas. HTH

50p? how many did you buy mimi?
  • Hi, just trying to plan a bit of shopping for tomorrow. Does anyone know if you would get the extra points for R&M instore by getting 2 make up bags? Unlikely I know, but worth a try!

I managed to get 4 with BLUES when they got reduced to £4.00. I wasn't at work the Monday when they went down to 50p. One of my colleagues went and saw them, everything on the reduced shelf was down to 50p, Skin Wisdom, Toni + Guy, you name it, EVERYTHING. Silly beggar only got one NIVEA DNAGE. If it was me, I would have gotten 10 with a BLUE. Oh well.

TOTALLY OFF TOPIC, but had my hair cut really short the other day. Surprised to see even the proper nasty SA's turning round and smiling at me. Get me indeed! :p;):p

When you buy any vitamin you get a free Boots effervescent re-energise tablets in a green and orange tube similar to the Berocca ones. Make sure you pick up the 10's pack and not the 20's like I did, these won't go through free. In my local they were nowhere to be found by the vitamins. One SA couldn't find them and said maybe offer had expired but I disputed this as the signs were still up advertising it. The lovely SA at the photographic counter suggested I look for them at the pharmacy counter which is where they were!:T
