Same here, tried accessing it a few times & kept getting page unavailable. Just managed to log in now & it says that "We are busy updating the store for you and will be back within the hour"
Maybe they have all poped out to stock up on the cameras for us0 -
Me too
I can't imagine this would be because of you lot though.

Please forgive me if this has been covered before (I have only read about 10 pages)
There was a simillar instance of HP misspricing a digital camera by £200 or so about 5 years ago. As I recall, they managed to get out of supplying any, even though the emails had gone out. Something to do with the email acceptance not being a contract in law, also obvious mistakes in price labelling don't have to be honoured.
If they take your money straight away, then that would constitute a contract though, which is why most places only take it just when they are ready to ship (and real people have checked it!)
Also don't Apple have one of those "The price charged will be the price prevailing on the day of dispatch" clauses that you agree to when you click "purchase"?I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
(except air quality and Medical Science)

I have seen many misprices now, and this one is unusual in that the terms and conditions make it very clear that your order only becomes a legal contract once your receive your confirmation email - not your acknowledgement email. But many of us have now got our confirmations, which by Apple's own yardstick indicates a contract has been initiated.
However, their T&Cs also state that should they be unable to supply then they are only liable to refund us (not source the product elsewhere at whatever cost in order to fulfill our orders)... so we don't have a leg to stand on legally.0
