is it because its not available any more or because we're not going to get them...

cause the money has been "taken" from my account.. not on the statement yet, but my available balance is 200 less than it shuld be...

the offer is marked as closed because it's not available to buy any more and it then saves people following the link only to find the offer doesn't exist. The thread itself is still open and you can post to it, but closed offers are moved to the It's Gone board so that people can continue to discuss the offer even though it's over. HTH

Why this is now closed is becuase you cannot get this offer no more, apple have removed it from there store at that price, becuase porb about a 1000 people have ordered at that price.

What I mean is that the term "views" refers to how many times a page has been viewed - not the number of individual viewers


so 30,000 views could be one person viewing it 30,000 times or 30,000 people viewing it once

as there are 30 pages, and some people have been checking it repeatedly over some time, i would guess the number of different users who have viewed it is less than 1000 - unless 30,000 views really does mean 30,000 different computers have accessed it

Hmm...has anyone got any communication yet from this?

I'm hoping that Apple are checking to weed out the non-students! Then you never know, they may just honour this for the genuine students out there!

Either that or they are being very slow with the cancellation emails!
