How could I be insulted at such constructive comments?!

    Don't be a silly billy.

I'm sneaking on at work but the big big big big bosses are about so I have to be careful.

    Another update soon...

    KT.

    I've missed you too Piq.

I've not had a chance to catch up on anyone elses diary (and for that I feel bad) It'll take me hours... So I have no idea what anyone is up to or how anyone is getting on. I've had my head so far up my own back side I haven't seen daylight in weeks. I'm sorry guys.

So, I'm on a new mission to try to sparkle. Who is in?!

I am a couple of weeks into eating differently. OH has noticed a difference cause he's not seeing me as often.

I am cutting out wheat where ever possible (I noticed it was making me bloated and sore whenever I ate pasta or bread) I am having to think differently about everything I eat as a result. Next week I start back at the gym to boost what is already making a difference. Occasionally I forget and have a sandwich but I'm getting better. I am generally eating less too.

I'll jump on the scales tomorrow morning (I doubt there will be a difference even though I am seeing a difference in the mirror)

    Starting weight 11stone 7pounds :o

    Target weight 9stone 7pounds :D

Total weight to lose 28pounds.

    (I can't believe I am posting this) ps. I am only 5'2"

  • Waving KT - what about a glimmer - not up for a full blown sparkle yet?

Well done on the mission at hand - I get terrible trouble with bread and wheat too - but its my one main bad sinnly vice. Scales are like bank statements - they lie.

Waving - glad you resurfaced xx

My sparkling is muted by a very tight waistband - actually the top isn't done up too painful!

My battery on the scales fainted and died of fright so I don't know what I weigh, but I do know what I ought to be fitting in and that's what I'm aiming for! Will buy a new battery when I do the weekly shop

    I weighed myself this morning.

    11 stone 5 pounds!

2 pounds down, 26 to go.

I'll weigh myself again next wednesday morning and give you an update. At least it's going in the right direction.
